Vertex Pharmaceuticals HQ

Artaic collaborated with Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Tria Architecture to create two stunning mosaics for Vertex Pharmaceuticals’ headquarters in Boston, MA. Sitting in stairways around the office, the designs depict DNA strands and molecules – two symbols that are fundamental aspects of the company’s research.

The color palette for this project was extremely important to Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Because of this, they chose our 1/2″ Vitreous Glass, which has a color palette of 180 plus hues, allowing the company to pick specific colors for the project. The addition of metallic and opalescent tiles add to the glowing appearance of the designs that makes the mosaics really pop in the space.
