2. Consult with our responsive team of experts We’re in this together. Through every color choice and tile line decision, our skilled Tylist™ designers will be there to help you create your unique mosaic. |
3. Receive a complimentary sample We make it simple to coordinate your style. Customized samples are mailed straight to your door. We welcome you to visit our Boston Design Center location to meet our awesome design team, pick up free samples, and even see our robots action!

Residential Sales Terms
Free catalogs and material swatches with free shipping to continental US. Call for information about shipping to other destinations.
Proposals include design renderings and pricing. First 3 proposals are free.
Payment terms: To initiate up to 3 additional proposals beyond the first 3, and receive your free custom sample board, Artaic requires a $500 deposit that will be credited toward your order. Custom sample boards include your rendering and the tile from a small section of your custom design. Additional sample boards and design time are available for a fee. Please inquire about terms and benefits for the design trade.
Projects of $10,000 or less require payment in full prior to fabrication. Projects over $10,000 require 50% deposit prior to fabrication, with 50% balance due prior to final shipment. Artaic accepts payment via check or wire transfer. Other payment methods may be accepted upon request. All projects are custom made according to your specifications, therefore all sales are final.
