Artaic updates mosaic tile collection with reimagined designs and new colorways

Mosaic tile manufacturer Artaic has refreshed the designs of its Foundation collection to include such reimagined options as ticking stripes, checks and houndstooth, as well as made them available for production and shipping within 2-4 weeks.
Made from vitreous glass, the Foundation collection offers 21 new patterns of updated designs and new colorways. Each design is crafted with robotic technology and stocked in the company’s Boston warehouse.

“The reintroduction of Foundation marks 15 years since we first launched the collection and reflects how far we’ve come,” said Ted Acworth, CEO and founder of Artaic. “Our investment in robotic technology, combined with U.S. inventory and manufacturing operations, has allowed us to offer unique mosaic designs at a faster, more affordable rate. It moves us another step closer toward achieving our mission – making the beautiful and classic mosaic art form more accessible in terms of ease, speed and cost.”
Designs include textile-inspired ones such as plaids, Buffalo checks and ticking stripes, as well as coral looks and Greek and Roman keys. The two new color palettes are Saddle (with rich chocolate browns and chestnuts) and Black Tie (a mix of black, white and ivory with an occasional pop of oxblood or navy).
