Roadrunner on McDowell

In collaboration with HBC Group, The Roadrunner on McDowell apartment complex in Scottsdale, AZ used Artaic’s 1″ Glazed Porcelain to create a stunning feature wall for one of their outside seating areas. The design features a custom colorway of Kaleido from our Verge Collection that ties together the overall color scheme of the space. The bright and bold design of this outdoor seating area provides a fun space for residents of the apartment complex to chill and hang out. 

“The idea behind this project was for residents and guests to have an interactive experience throughout the property. Using Kaleido from Artaic’s Verge Collection, we were able to customize the colors to fit the project and create an Instagrammable wall feature. It was nice as a designer, with a million things going on, to be able to send over CAD files and Artaic rendered what the final product would look like using their proprietary software, Tylist. It was very convenient to send our client for approval and for visual aid purposes.
