Michael McCall, co-founder of Strategic Leisure and chief strategy officer for Fair Oaks Farms, and painter Tom Gilleon, a former designer for Walt Disney World Theme park, used a super-sized surrealistic approach to create the 40-ft.-high mosaic mural at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fair Oaks Farms in Indiana. A combination of proprietary software and robotic technology translated the design into vitreous glass, taking care to emulate brush stroke textures and balance the color composition.
