Hit the ground Running
A stone’s throw away, in Manhattan, a Maryland-based designer’s mosaic mural was installed in the Cupola on the rooftop of TheNoMad Hotel as part of Artaic and Bostik’s annual Design ‘N Gather competition. “It’s one thing to feel something in your head and create a visual for a space based on a narrative you personally feel is compelling,” said the designer, Kavitha Iyer. “To have a larger audience respond and understand the meaning organically in a way which makes it feel like it was always meant to be there, is the part which has been tremendous.”
